Bad points
- Even though the website boasts 27/7 support I’ve had no replies to my contact
- there’s no return address, just a link which is meant to be for the return address but just takes you back to the first page, where there’s no address (see below) “Please return the item to our address: Contact Us page”
- This site has all the hallmarks of a scam web site.
- the usual format is slow or no reply offering marginal % discount on the agreement you can keep the items as it’s not worth the cost of sending them back to the distributor in China. The sporadic replies drag out the time the scam can operate for before the next site is opened and the scam starts over again.

Reading the other reviews after buying two pairs of trainers, I was disheartened. BUT, I am pleased to say that all was well. The trainers arrived and comparing them to my other hokas bought elsewhere they look identical. Very pleased customer here!

Went on the site and purchased a pair of Hoka running shoes for my wife.
They are both genuine. They are poor quality. The soles are very hard. You can see the glue on the soles and some of the glue is still tacky.
Looking for a refund as thy are so poor.
Be warned, do not use

I ordered x2 pairs of HOKA Bondi 8 as listed as clearance & at a good price, the first pair arrived today but very clear when I compare them to my genuine HOKA Bondi 8 that I bought directly from HOKA previously that these are without doubt fake, very hard sole especially on the heel, much bigger in size as with genuine HOKA you need to go up half a size but these are so much bigger than the genuine HOKA's I already own, I am a size 9 & wear a size 9.5 in HOKA & fit perfect but these fake HOKA's are more like a size 10 as way, way bigger, glue marks around sole & even un set glue inside, poor stiching, alignment issues etc, etc so do not purchase from this site unless you want to own fake HOKA's.
