Selling fake hokas!

Bought "hokas" online for £72, too good to be true. Arrived via royal mail in around 10 days. They are fake. Hoka have confirmed to me they are not one of their suppliers. No response to my emails to get a refund. Raised case with my credit card company who refunded me. Lesson learned the hard way

We have a quality complaint on a pair of mens W/M Hoka One One Clifton 9 Ceramic / Evening Primrose. We have tried the company's suggested methods of contact, that being email and online form and 2 weeks later have had no response.

Order eventually arrived but only communication from them was when my original payment failed! They emailed immediately then to see if I needed help! However, once the 3 pairs arrived they are clearly a wide fit which did not request! I have now failed to get any communication from them regarding returns.
DO NOT USE!

Scam site - masquerading as HOKA UK Official site. Avoid or be disappointed.

Do not trust this seller - my wife ordered trainers which are the wrong size but there is no customer service. We have tried a number of times and a number of ways with absolutely no response. The website doesn't look genuine to me - go to 'About Us' and it just presents Hoka as if this is a Hoka website which it clearly isn't. Which probably means these are not genuine products.

If i could give zero stars i would. Do not buy off this site as its a scam, the telephone number does not work and they do not respond to emails. No order has been received so raised a dispute with my bank

Scum. counterfeit trainers. Do not reply to emails. Hoka have verified the goods on this site are counterfeit. Have been reported now to Action Fraud.

Scam Company.
Bought 2 Hoka pairs, Only 1 arrived after 10 days. Tried calling the contact number and emailing them. No response.
Not sure if the one arrived is genuine.

Alleged 24/7 email contact does not respond.
No way of returning and no chance of seeing a refund!!

Can't believe I fell for this, I'm usually so hot on fake websites. Paid £59 for Hoka Clifton 8's, thought wow so cheap. Assumed I was buying from a UK company until I was sent shipping details from China once I'd paid! Took 15 days to arrive in a rubbish box, UK6 more like a UK4 and insoles falling out. Immediately tried to arrange a return but fail at every turn. There's no number to call, emails aren't being answered, I'm stuck!

How do these scam companies get away with this?? Scamming people who are on limited funds! Scum company! Lesson learnt to read reviews! Not UK Hoka a cloned Hoka site in Hong kong.

Bought Hoka Bondi thinking it was Hoka site but it is a cloned site selling 40% cheaper but never got email confirmation of sale and transaction was not to Hoka to fit the buying page but HongKong

Delivery was fine and within time period but when arrived not sure about quality and if fake or not. Sizing on 2 pairs inconsistent, boxes poor quality and generally not how expected them to arrive. They are comfy but had to give a pair to my son as too small and defo not size indicated on label...time will tell if they fall to bits or not.

Same as all the other bad reviews on here bought two pairs of trainers really bad quality definitely not Hokas don’t fit can’t return them. I have told my bank hopefully this company can be brought down. Absolute rip off.

Bought 2 pairs of “Hoka” trainers from this website……. Both pairs are strange fit and clearly not genuine. No returns information on their website other than an email address which doesn’t respond and a whatsapp number which is unrecognisable. I’ve been scammed and should have checked on here first before I bought. Lesson learnt - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VERY DODGY WEBSITE!! The Hokas aren’t genuine and there’s no way of getting a refund if they don’t fit.

Do not buy from this website. I ordered my trainers on the 11 th February,they have taken my payment,not heard anything,only a email to say my order is being processed. There is no tracking service. Nothing. Also after reading other reviews about this company,I realized I will be getting fake trainers. Lesson learnt one if the price seems to good to be true, it is . They are fake trainers. Lesson two always read reviews about website before buying. Please don't buy from this website. They take your money and you don't hear anything.
