It's a scam
It's a scam. Ordered shoes at the advertised price. That price posted to my bank account. Then received an email via Paypal that the vendor increased the price and then posted that to my bank account without permission. Tried to cancel the order on their website but there was no response. Had to go through the fraud process and card cancellation/replacement with my bank.
