I’ve been extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service. I recently moved to Norfolk and struggled to get broadband to be able to work from home. I recently had my broadband fitted by Rural Broadband, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was incredibly helpful and made the whole process so easy from start to finish especially Michelle, They guided me through every step and really held my hand all the way, which made setting everything up completely stress-free.
For anyone living in a rural or hard-to-reach area, I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you’re connected and happy with your service. Absolutely brilliant company!
The team at Rural Broadband have provided us with excellent service for many years. Whenever we had a problem, they responded quickly with a solution, even at weekends. As we are moving home, we are stopping our service, but we wanted to share our positive experience and fully recommend the team to anyone looking for a reliable broadband service where high-speed fibre is not available.

Who ever trains the employees on customer service and how to work with customers should be cloned and sent out to other companies who really don't seem to realise it's us.. the customers who pay their wages.
I've recently changed over to fiber broadband and although contacted by other companies to sign up. I made a point of staying with rural broadband for their customer service alone

Great company to deal with, I had a router and SIM for 5 or 6 years and they worked very well. Excellent customer support. Have reluctantly left them now because we moved house but would definitely recommend.
Excellent service. I was pessimistic I would ever be able to get decent internet out in the sticks, but the team at ruralbroadband were awesome and helped me to install at two separate houses. Can't thank them enough
