Appalling promptness and service. I woudl avoid at all costs. They don't help, then hang up the phone and refuse calls.
Overnight delivery paid for, and the sender chose APC Overnight, which uses Rush in my local area. Delivery was supposed to be made by 6pm. It of course didn't arrive and was then updated to delivery by 9.15pm. From 7.30 onwards the van was sat at the Sainbury's by Lakeside Shopping Centre making no progress/deliveries. No communication, no way to get in touch with them (because it was changed outside office hours). Now they'll do naff all over the weekend. Would never use intentionally and will keep an eye for anything that uses APC and avoid in the future!

I would give no stars if possible. They say they attempted delivery this evening. This was a lie. I have been sitting by a window, and no delivery vehicles drive along out cul-de-sac. Additionally, they do not have any of the tracking sophistication used by other companies ( I.e. updates on where the driver is). Stunned and dismayed that Amazon is using them. Awful!
2 days they were waisting time, giving misinformation saying that the driver was coming at 10:30 to collect and collection wasn't ready.
Although I was waiting on site all day along.

My delivery did not arrive . Whilst I appreciate this can happen the customer service centre seemed disinterested in helping me sort out.
Absolute scam, weighted my package prior to posting and it was 28KG, when it arrives at their depot they fail to deliver it as they state its over 30KG. Wait on hold just short of 2 hours for a very unhelpful lady to tell me she can transfer me to the depot but if they don’t pick up I’ll have to re-join the line. Whole service is just disgusting, shouldnt be allowed to operate
A driver from the company crashed my car in a car park on Tuesday 13th of October in London Dalston. The driver escaped from the scene without leaving their details or anything.
I’m kindly asking you to not do business with them due to their unprofessionalism, poor integrity and shirt service .
Absolutely shocking service from this cowboy outfit! When you can’t get the basics right - just give up!

I am a self employed courier driver who completed a job for this company all in the correct time frame actually a day earlier than required. This was in November and they owed me a payment by 4th December and still haven’t paid. Absolute scam and give me the lamest excuses that it has been paid but it really hasn’t. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

My parcel could not be delivered so I went to collect it from the depot. The service I had on the phone was very good and courteous as well as when I got there over the counter a gentleman called Michael was helpful polite and there seemed to be a good and friendly atmosphere in the office. Thanks!
I also wish there were zero stars to demonstrate the shambles of this company! Seriously avoid, they are more hassle than they are worth. Not only did I order a pushbike but they sneakily charged me for a motorbike when I never requested a motorbike! No one notified me to ask for approval or that they'd be changing this!!! I am a new start up so as you can imagine I have to keep costs down! The worst of it all is that I have someone from the company arguing with me over email saying that they have many happy customers and questioning me..(customer service clearly doesn't exist) Honestly avoid, there are much better couriers out there who are competent, even if £2 more I now realise that but it's a little to late!
I wish there were no stars. I set up account online to send an URGENT letter. Really urgent. Got a chat quote. Spent ages setting up account, printed off my order, along with a number. Nothing for an hour (this is RUSH, urgent, right??). I phoned someone who asked me what the account name was (after me telling my name). Told him again. He asked me for 'consignment number'. There is none, I said, there's a waybill number. I thought I must have wrong 'Rush Couriers'. Got onto previous chat page again. NO RECORD OF ANYTHING!!!!!!!!

This 'courier' firm have clearly been trying to deliver my order to the wrong address but don't care - and now despite me calling to tell them that i have received no delivery and no card, and that nobody has come to my address, they tell me that there is 'nothing else they can do' and I have to go and collect it myself. that's not a delivery service that's a joke. I took a day off to wait in for this, a week ago. and then again on the second 'delivery' day. NOBODY has been to deliver this but the customer services is a young person who couldn't care less basically telling you that she doesn't care that they got the wrong door, and having paid a huge premium for a next day service that 'if i'm lucky' they can do it in the next few days. Hilarious. over a week for the very expensive 'next day' option. mistakes happen, sure - but usually people want to put them right, not ignore them. Use someone else!!
