We had our annual safety check of our boiler completed today by Russell Heating. We were able to have our appointment the same day as calling to book which was very useful. Alex was brilliant, very polite and knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process as he went through. I would highly recommend Russell Heating for their quality, communication and quality of work.

I honestly cannot recommend Alex highly enough. He has helped me out during emergencies more than once and has always been reliable, calm and incredibly reassuring in stressful situations.

What really stands out is how much time he takes to properly explain issues without making you feel silly or rushed. He’s knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about doing a good job rather than just getting in and out as quickly as possible.

He’s also very reasonably priced, which is rare to find alongside such great service. On top of all that, he’s just a genuinely nice guy. Always polite, approachable and someone you feel instantly at ease having in your home.

I’m so pleased to have found a plumber I completely trust and definitely would recommend him to anyone.

Aleks always delivers excellent service! We had a boiler breakdown and with two young kids, this was a big problem. Alex was brilliant. My boiler packed up last Saturday emitting smelly fumes and locked out. Him and his team came immediately in the freezing rain and did not leave until the boiler was fixed and that for a very reasonable cost considering the conditions.

The following week he came and installed the above for me. Very smart and clean job.

Highly recommend him if you need anything done. Always answers his phone busy or not.
