Ordered a bracelet from rust1894.com recently and honestly pretty happy with it. I didn’t know the brand before, just saw the design and decided to try it.
The style is really cool, kind of vintage / rugged look which I like a lot. The finishing on the piece is actually better than I expected and it feels solid, not light or cheap. From what I can tell it’s stainless steel and has this aged look which makes it look unique.

Awful company. Steer clear. No customer service skills and product ships from China, not USA. Overvalued garbage.

Lie about products in marketing and poor service! Not a batch of 50 as they state on the hold fast bracelet, quality poor and do not fit an adult males wrist! Complained and they are not interested in sorting even though it was bought on false advertising!

After being inundated with their ads on all my socials, I made the decision to buy one of their 'Hold Fast' bracelets and another one of their bracelets they offered at a further discount at checkout. All their ads I was shown stated charges in GBP, and living in the UK, I was concerned about import tariffs from the USA so decided to leave the purchase. I then started getting emails offering me a further 15% discount from their 'Founder' Matt, so I looked again. I then emailed their customer service to advise them it would not let me check out in GBP, although I'd seen the GBP prices on their site. They replied to say don't worry, it will auto adjust on checkout, which it didn't, and my UK bank charged me a currency conversion fee from GBP to USD. As a courtesy, I emailed back to let them know how this transaction had gone down, so they could be aware for other customers, and was shocked to get a reply stating they have refunded my payment and would not be shipping my order. I felt that was a little bit arrogant and not respectful of my efforts to let them know what had happened. This whole process of seeing their ads online had gone on for weeks, so I was very disappointed. As a customer who buys a lot online from companies of all sizes, and from countries all over the world, I'd say this was my worst experience to date, and although I keep seeing their ads (of which I am slowing clicking Not Interested or Hide) I will not be buying from them again. This past week, I also bought some dress jewellery from Elegatto.com as well as Kajoon.com and was very impressed with their online systems and customer service, and when both products arrived I was very impressed with the quality of the packaging and the products. It is also weird how they go on about motorbikes so much, yet the 'Hold Fast' bracelet is stated as sailing terminology??? A very confused outfit in my opinion, oh and if you're looking to buy, just hang on, as their email system offered me 20% off my order yesterday, so I'd say just delay any purchases and let their funnel system cost them money by continually discounting their 'premium' products.

Tried to return my item in line with the company's return policy but have been ignored on multiple emails and social media messages. Zero contact from company once money is in their hands. Avoid.
