RealWorld
RealWorld Graphics is a great place to go for new cursors and icons. They allow you to make your own, and publish them with others. You can also review others' sets. The people on the site are friendly, and you don't need an account to write comments and download. Very useful. I have my own account as well, and the site admin is active every week. There is also an option to customize your profile, and there is even a game.
