We had such a positive experience with RW Cars. Stewart was extremely helpful, very easygoing but also informative and answered all our questions with reassurance. Felt like no question was too small. The car is extremely great value for money and in a good condition. A well set up showroom. Fast friendly service. Stewart Baum was very pleasant and efficient. A no haasle buying experience. Stewart led us through the paperwork to make a purchase etc with ease. We would recommend RW cars and we would galdy purchade there again.

Rw cars were overall great
Rw cars were overall great, there were a couple of minor things, when I was initially trying to enquire about a vehicle I kept getting put through to a different department, the first guy said I had to call back in, the same thing happened again but luckily the 2nd guy took my details and got someone to call me back, at this point I was willing to call it a day and go somewhere else, but they did call me back and I’m glad I persevered.
Secondly when I arrived for my appointment, there’s no reception as such and I was left waiting for a good few minutes, eventually someone spotted me and things progressed from there,
The salesman I was seen by was Peter, he was very good, knew what he was talking about and knew his job, absolutely no pressure, the vehicle was exactly as described and shown in the pictures, we did a deal and I drove away the same day.
So overall I would say , easy to deal with with, no pressure and hassle free.
The only other minor issue I have is that on leaving Peter gave me a business card with his name and phone no on, I did have a question for him and called as soon as I reached home but didn’t get an answer, thinking he must be busy I then msgd, but have yet to receive a response, I assume it’s an old no and tbh the card has probably not been updated, but as my first point of contact that’s quite poor. They are minor issues but I feel, worth mentioning, would I use rw again or recommend them— definitely, .

Delighted with distance purchase.
I recently purchased a car from this garage for my daughter and couldn’t have been happier with the whole process. I live a fair distance from the garage so it involved reserving the car online without viewing it first, which I was apprehensive about. The photos and video on the advert however were quite detailed and this gave me confidence. After the deposit was paid (late at night) I got email confirmation and Josh from the garage contacted me the following day to confirm things. The communication was great throughout the process both by email and direct from Josh, and I appreciated the patience shown as I was delayed by a week for collecting the car. Early morning flight then train to Derby. Only a 30min walk from the train station. Very impressed with the premises, more like a main dealer showroom than a garage! Met Josh, decent coffee, collected car which was in great condition, 280mile drive home without any issues and happy daughter. Now keeping an eye on their website again for replacement car for the wife :-)

Alex was really helpful and professional. He didn’t pressure us in any way; he simply handed over the keys and let us take the car for a proper 15-minute test drive on our own. The entire process, including the test drive, took only about 45 minutes from start to finish.
Refreshing to deal with a dealership that respects your time and doesn’t try to push extras. Highly recommend.

Pete was fantastic!
Pete sorted us out with a test drive first thing in the morning - the whole process was super smooth, no forced selling just a relaxed conversation about our options. After a little delay sorting the finance out, we were on our way.
