2nd order with RxSport, both times excellent
This was my second order with RxSport after ordering prescription sunglasses several years ago. This time the order was for non-prescription Oakleys and like before the price was excellent, the delivery was efficient and the communication around what to expect was first rate. Definitely my go-to when needing new glasses as often cheaper than high street alternatives.

I ordered the wrong lenses for me Oakley's . Sent them back no problem , and replaced with the correct lenses . All very quick and good price.

Incorrect delivery address
Website easy to follow, prescription details easy to enter, good communication online after order.
However, house number on dispatch label/delivery address was NOT the same as given in the order (address label said 5, but we ordered as 5C). Hence the package was delivered to the incorrect house, made more complicated by the fact that the house to which it was delivered is permanently unoccupied.

Prescription goggles
Ordered prescription goggles for my daughter and the process was very smooth. The product arrived within the week so the runaround was very convenient.
Additionally, once the goggles arrived I had a question about them and so I contacted customer service and they were informative and very helpful!!
