Ordered 23/6/26. Still not received my order. I settled for the wrong colour to avoid a delay. I would have been better off ordering the correct colour and I would have had them by now. My order number is 6000766610. Can you order the correct colour please to compensate my patience.
**Customer service from RX Sport have addressed my issue immediately. I have now recognised that it wasn't their fault/mistake and it was a supplu chain issue. RX Sport were extremely attentive & apologetic for the situation that was beyond their control and have smoothed over the situation even though it wasn't their fault. Many thanks to the young lady who addressed my situation and solved the problem.

Good selection of sun glasses and speedy delivery

Efficient, well informed about the process, easy to deal with. Ordered Oakley varifocal prescription sunglasses. No issues and much easier process than I imagined without needing to visit an optician.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses on sale when they were due to be shipped they cancelled the order and give me a refund so not really a place I would rush back to order from

Best customer service I’ve had anywhere. Prescription inserts didn’t suit me so they helped me trial 4 others before swapping for a a more suitable pair of glasses. Will be buying from RX sport again in the future.

Good price for Oakley Meta Ai glasses.
Thought I had a warranty issue but had a correspondence with Dior RxSport who was very helpful. Full marks 👌 . On further check issue solved.

I was apprehensive spending over £300 on my prescription sports classes for cycling, would they be fit for purpose, upon putting them on for the first time the lenses made me feel a bit uneasy, but upon wearing them for a few minutes and riding a few trails, they totally worked , and I soon forgot I was wearing them, they worked perfectly . so pleased

Initial communication with Dior to make the appointment was super easy, popped in to try loads of different options and settled on some prescription lenses too. Two weeks later, I had exactly what I needed. Recommended.

Just received my varifocal Oakley prism golf sunglasses. Every time my prescription has changed over the years I’ve ordered them from RxSport and have never need disappointed at doing so. Delivery was also super quick this time.
