A decent price, and my order dispatched very quickly. Delivery was fast too. Unfortunately the fit of the sunglasses wasn’t suitable and so I decided to return them. This was a very straightforward process and a refund was made pretty quickly. A very efficient and hassle free experience all round.

I had previously purchased prescription glasses from RX Sports 3 years ago. The service that they offered was excellent. This is the reason why I used RX Sports again.
Over the 3 years. there has been changes to their opening hours. Previously the business was openned half days on Saturdays. Today the business is open Monday to Friday. Unfortunately I live outside of Peterborough and it is not possible to visit the shop during their normal opening hours.
Purchasing frames need to be fitted. The shop offer a trial order where they send you trial frames. The shop had the exact measurements of my previous order. It was the same make that I had requested previously.
The Total width of the glasses = Lense width x 2 +Top Bar
The problem is that the sample frames sent to me through the post the Temples were splayed when I fitted them on my head.
One sample pair sent had extremely stiff hinges, that the Top Bar and bridge bent each time the temples were opened.
In summary, to get a pair of glasses that fit well and feel comfortable you need to fit them on in the shop. The shop assistant can see the Problems and provide a suitable pair of glasses that fit.
It is unpracticle to continuously be sent trial frames, Its time consuming, unracticle, and can be expensive if you cannot find the correct pair of glasses.

Ordered a pair of sun glasses from RX Sport, when they arrived, there was a manufacturing problem, phoned up the help line, new set sent out in less than 24hour!!!!

I always buy my Oakleys from RxSport and on this occasion decided to get Ray Ban wayfarer Originals and fantastic service as usual, I have been buying from RxSport since 2014 under a previous account. Highly recommended, best prices, genuine Oakley and Ray Ban lenses and frames. They actually answer their phone and UK based!
