Telecoms app is so simple and easy to use

Having worked with Steff and the team for many years, Rydal have a real drive towards excellent customer service with a focus on strong relationship building within the IT and comms sector, any business looking for these services will be happy they chose Rydal.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS COMPANY FOR A TELEPHONE SYSTEM. In our opinion they are disingenuous and you can trust what is verbally said to you.

Dipali was amazing, she knew her stuff, was helpful, understanding and really lovely to deal with.

This is for Depali. 5 stars is not enough she went far beyond the call of duty! I had quite a tedious issue, but she did not once give up on me. Kept me informed at all times either by phone or email.
Well done Depali keep up the good work, that pay rise is coming soon 😉😉

Great service by Dipali! We were overcharged by O2 and she managed to get the full amount refunded immediately without any issue - thanks for the outstanding work!

Zaria Davis assisted me with queries I had problems with for over a year.
She managed to resolve these queries extremely quickly and to our satisfaction.
Not only that but could not do enough to help, engaged through email and phone calls to ensure our queries were properly understood and digested.
Really impressed with the service received and would not hesitate to contact Zaria again for future help.
She is clearly an asset to your business and deserves some recognition.

Great product and makes our life easier compared to previous solution.

Recently I lost my phone, the first time in 40 years, and was lost without it. Fortunately for me I got to speak to Zaria Davis for help and advice. Straight away she owned the problem rather than passing me off to anyone else. She made me feel as though I was the most important person she had to deal with, although I am sure that all her other customers felt that way too. She is professional, empathetic, respectful and professional. She also returns calls when she says she will and doesn’t shy away from delivering bad news politely and clearly.
My experience with Blu Sky was terrible, right from the day after signing the 3 year contract and I vowed that as a company we would move away at the first opportunity, however my experience with Zaria has shown that Rydal is a very big upgrade on the shambles that was Blu Sky, to the point I would now consider a renewal.
Please pass on my thanks to her for her excellent work. You have an absolute diamond in your team who deserves this praise.
I now have my phone back working and a smile on my face about the excellent customer care from Zaria.

We have recently switched over our mobile phone lines from EE to Vodafone with Rydal Communications and the service we experienced with our case handler Dipali was exceptional! She kept in regular contact both on the phone and via email with any updates on the installation and to check/see if all was in order from our end and we received the same high level service from start to finish. Great work and thank you very much

Fantastic service! Spoke to the helpdesk on Tuesday 8th and had a new SIM card by the morning of Wednesday 9th!!
