Beautiful quality
The system is great, well designed and made. However the kit , is incomplete. To install you need an alum key and some 2 large size wall plugs 12mm. I had to buy the correct size Alum key and I could only buy the wall plugs in size required in packs of 50! Given price of kit I do feel these could be included.

Does what it says on the tin. Easy to follow instruction/video; has helped us deal with an unruly wisteria! Highly recommended
Quality product which is well designed. Comes with no instructions but they have 3 U Tube videos so pick the right one for what you bought. Remember their error and drill masonry with 12 gauge drill and use a 10 gauge rawlplug. The screw you fix into the wall needs an Allen key so make sure you have one the right size. The pliers/ wire cutters you can buy from them cut the stainless steel cable cleanly which helps in fixing it as it has to be fed through a split ferrule fixing
