The lock is good but inside the lock there is one part which break very easily, If it's break you need to buy a new one.

Very poor communication and extremely slow delivery (still not arrived!) Product has been specified by architect so no other choice than to wait, although it’s been over 21/2 weeks already! Company did not proactively reach out to me to explain the delay, had to chase them and then wait a further 2 days for a response
