These are so simple but so clever when coupled with the support “wire”. They make it quick & simple to install unobtrusive overhead plant support wires in my polytunnel. I hang strings from them for individual plants - tomatoes cucumbers melons peppers & aubergines mainly plus climbing flowering plants to encourage pollinators. It is phenomenal the weight of plants and fruit the system supports. There is a small stretch along the length when the production is at max but it is small and reduces as the weight reduces. The original 30ft lengths have remained taut & undamaged for three years. They are still in use but I have bought more to extend the system. In addition I am planning to replace some old galvanised wire supports outside which have deteriorated with age. Once you get your head around how they work & the direction to thread them it is a piece of cake. It is easy to get a professional looking and very effective support system.
