the product is of good quality and delivery well packaged and rapid. The experience online leaves a bit to be desired. uploading images to order different sizes on different papers was confusing. choosing sizes was also confusing, some of my images arrived full bleed and slightly cropped. I struggled to control the tools in a meaningful way.

Beautiful print on metal, fast delivery, and affordable. Very pleased!

Be aware that the promo codes marketed by Saal Digital do not work. I just wasted 4 hours of my life hoping to test a promo product. In the end, I was asked to pay full price.

Furthermore, after deleting your account, your private data, including photos, is not removed from Saal Digital databases.

I received a print with the image visibly cropped. The printing error was obvious, yet the order was still sent out. For a company that claims to carefully inspect all orders, especially on premium-quality paper, this is extremely disappointing.

What is even more concerning is that I opened a support ticket regarding this printing defect, and 48 hours later I still have not received any response. The customer service has been very poor.

I am writing to express a serious concern regarding my recent order (Order No. 802601200658135), which included two photo books, one of which was intended to be a Black & White photo book.

Order details of the concerned item:

1 × 21 × 28 Photo Book

Photo paper: Matte

84 pages

SRI project

Intended output: Black & White

While the layout and PDF preview created in your application clearly appeared as Black & White, the final printed book received by my client in France has been produced in grey tones, not true Black & White. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the final output, as it does not meet the expected contrast and depth required for a BW photo book.

I understand that I did not provide any additional or special instruction specifying “print as true Black & White.” However, since the entire project was designed and uploaded as a Black & White book, I assumed this would be clearly understood during production.

This issue is of serious concern to me, especially as the book was delivered directly to my client. I would appreciate your guidance on the following points:

How should BW projects be specifically marked or instructed in the future to ensure true Black & White printing?

Are there any recommended settings or workflow steps from my end to avoid this issue going forward?

Please note that my intention is not to place blame, but to clearly understand the correct process so that I can take responsibility and ensure flawless results in future orders.

The software was horroble

Maybe make a 3D model when someone puts a photo on a cussion, then you can see better how it would turn out te be on as cussion.
And if you recommend different types of fabric for cussions, maybe also show like a 3D model to really see the difference. Besides that great print and had no problem with the delivery!

Good quality ot the books and the print. Love to capture the moments in photo books. It's nice that you can create your own style of the book and add whatever your fantasy brings - pictures, text, emojis etc. The process of printing and delivering is less than a week. Love to look at the albums in time and relive the moments.

great quality photo calendar, very fast produced and delivered, very good protective packing which is essential because of the size of the calendar
