At first, I saw your ad on Facebook and ignored it for quite a while, but then I clicked on it one day and received a generous offer to try out your photo books at an exceptionally attractive discount. It immediately occurred to me that you must be truly confident in the quality of your work. Anyway, I received the photo book from you today, and I can say that you’ve gained a customer. I had a certain vision of how my photos should look on paper, and until now, nothing had come close to it. What you sent me today actually surpassed my expectations. Great job!

I recently purchased a photo book. It is very easy and fast to design it various ways even for unprofessionals. Quality of the images and book itself is great!

Overall a very good photobook with only a few minor issues.
The final product quality can be very good. With well-prepared photos and a consistent editing and layout workflow, the Professional Line photobook is a great tool for creating high-quality results. The print quality has sharp results, deep blacks, vibrant saturated colors and can create visually interesting results.
There were a few tiny blemishes on the finished book (tiny cosmetic imperfections), but nothing that significantly affects the overall impression.
The design software works reliably in offline mode for the most part and allows flexible layout creation, but I did encounter a few bugs with the cloud service and some usability issues during the process. These seem fixable with software update and do not prevent completing the project.
Overall I’m satisfied with the result, especially if you invest some time into preparing the images and layout properly.

An absolutely horrendous experience. The only reasons I went through with it were the sunk cost fallacy and a hope it would actually look good. The entire experience has cost me like two years of my life in frustration, and at the end of the process, I was hoping for a sweet release of death. As for the hope it will actually look good, I am already losing hope - all the fonts I have added will be mismatched because of the buggy software (from a certain point I was unable to adjust the size). The worst thing is I don't even care about the price I just wanted it to look good.

And what is more, it won't even come in time for Christmas before I leave this godforsaken town. Absolutely horrible.

They asked me in the comment to contact them, which I did, but they did not help me at all.
Extremely slow delivery. They want to upsell you on express.
I ordered on Sunday.
On Wednesday they sent an email parcel was sent.
Only on Friday I received confirmation from the parcel delivery company it was sent.

Dear Saal Digital Team,

the processing of the photo book was fine, however, I am disappointed with the print quality of the colors. They appear dull and grayish in the book. On the other hand, when viewed on the screen or when I print the same photos on my Canon printer, the colors are vibrant and brilliant.

Could you please advise me on this issue?
