Faraz was our leader for the trip to Al-Aqsa and he did everything that he could as a leader to be patient and comfort for the group.
Shaykh Saleh was our tour guide in Jerusalem and he provided all the genuine history of all the islamic sites.
Faraz also arranged a archaeologist tour guide for Al-Aqsa who provided a genuine narration of historic events in and around Al-Aqsa.
Sabeel Travels could not have done more in the 4 days we had and we all enjoyed the tour so much which we will never forget.,,👍

The Al Aqsa trip with Sabeel travels was an unforgettable experience. The process of booking was very easy and the price is very reasonable and good value for money. Brother Faraz goes out if his way to make sure all group members are taken care of and their needs are met. Very experienced and knowledgeable guides accompany you on the ziyarats with full detailed explanations. The Hashimi hotel is a fantastic hotel to stay at in the heart of the old city. This family oriented hotel has great service, food and amazing staff. Overall a fantastic experience will definitely book again with Sabeel travels.

The whole process was a lot smoother than anticipated. The tour guides where top tier as they where very well know locals with a lot of knowledge. Food was good and the whole experience as a whole was amazing.

The Al Aqsa experience with Sabeel Travels was out of this world. Haji Faraz goes out of his way to ensure all the group members are happy/content, and a great person to get along with. He also ensures the needs of the elders are met to a high standard.

From booking to coming back, all questions were answered efficiently. The hotel service was 5*, few mins from Al Aqsa and the guide tours were 10/10. Will always recommend Sabeel Travels as the number 1 travel agent to book any tours with and InshaAllah hope to go again very soon.

I would highly recommend Sabeel Travel as they are very professional and understand your needs. My package was private and perfect to suit my family with 5* Service hotel and the package as a whole was cheaper than the rest. Journey to the 3rd Haram is a journey of a life time and with the service provided by Sabeel Travels the experience was great. With swift service and always and the end of the phone when needed to answer any questions you may have. Faraz has been very helpful throughout from start of enquiry to when we landed back to London. He surely had great sabar to answer all my queries.
From the moment we landed to the moment we were back in London everything was as per the schedule. The Tour was beautifully organised, and Shaykh Saleh explained every detail of the tour eloquently. Well organised and highly recommended. Group leader is amazing, very humble, caring and helpful.
Tour guide was absolutely wonderful chap with great knowledge of histofy, very friendly and his english was very clear to understand.
My personal experience was one of discovery and spiritual as you walk through a great history of the ottomen empire and its achievement as the defenders of Justice. We enjoyed every moment,
Timing was good.
Theme park was a bonus, even though we paid extra but it was organised by group leader on request.
It was fun and knowledge seeking trip.
Also group member where great too, they been very helpful to each other like a family.
Sabeel travels exceeded my expectations and I would travel again Inshallah.

My first time travelling with Sabeel Travels to Al-Aqsa and I can't recommend them enough. Brother Faraz really looked after our group and had everything organised for each day. We had reliable and trusted tour guides throughout the trip. The Hashimi Hotel was superb. Delicious breakfast and evening meals everyday. The hotel is a 6-7 minute from Al-Aqsa masjid. Don't delay and book your trip :)

I recently travelled with my parents and cannot recommend Sabeel Travels enough. The booking process was smooth with excellent communication throughout. In Jerusalem, the hotel was comfortable and in close proximity to the masjid. A number of tours had been organised and the local guide was very knowledgable and passionate. Definitely one of the best experiences of my life.

Booked last minute for their Eid Al Adha tour 2022. Fantastic. Can not recommend it enough!

Immense Spiritual Experience
I recently travelled with Sabeel Travels to Jerusalem/Al Aqsa and proved to be an unforgettable Spiritual experience. Mr Faraz does an excellent job with the organisation. Hence the tours are always enjoyable and successful. I look forward to booking another trip to Al Quds, Insha Allah.

Great tour in an amazing place. Visiting jerusalem is a must for many, but this tour in particular is a great introduction to the city and history. Tries to keep a good balance between free time and tour times but there is so much to see and do by the thousands of years of history that it is not for the faint hearted(!) and also fairly hilly in parts and lots of walking so great exercise!
However, lots of consideration is given to looking after everyones needs, we were a group from grandmas to couple of children young as 5 and all had an amazing time.

It was flexible from Changing times to coincide with cooler weather or where people have been delayed at the airport through security etc you could also opt out of parts if you wished.

They try to go above and beyond to give you a feel and experience of a wide variety of things and places and of areas outside jerusalem like the west bank, dead sea, jericho etc

The tour group leader Faraz is a very humble, cool, calm and collected guy which is needed in a volatile area like jerusalem. You feel safe with him and he listens to everyone without arrogance but also keeps unruly people in line (in a respectful way) which is a must when you are travelling in big groups.
Also fantastic support and care for those who were travelling alone or single women.
The palestinian sheikh tour guide is a character in himself, larger than life and kept the energy up throughout the whole time. They make the perfect duo.
The female tour guide at al aqsa mosque was absolutely brilliant too in her knowledge abd expertise.
Hashimi hotel is a brilliant location, and one of the few tour groups that uses this hotel. Its 5mins from masjid al aqsa in the old city, where others are outside the walled city usually a 15-20min walk away. Elderly, those with children, and anyone tbh benefit from the location alone. Praying 5 times a day plus tours means you need all the ease and convenience you can get. The hotel itself is family orientated, right next to all the shops and restaurants and has a lovely feel. Great view from rooftop too. Dinner in evenings was lovely, breakfast had what you needed but could be more varied. On the whole lovely, fresh and tasty.
An extra day or two per tour would be great but i appreciate that its scheduled to fit within school holidays and such so its more accessible for everyone. But dont worry, when you come once you will want to come again and again! Be wary this is a politically contentious place, and there are security checks and clashes frequently but for the most part tourists are protected and left alone. He gets the inside scoop on potential troubles and because the hotel and tour guide is well connected you feel you are in safe hands.
Any negative experience is far outweighed by the beauty, atmosphere and the strength and resilience of the local palestinian people, so definitely go and would recommend with sabeel travels.
One recommendation would be to add a little bit more background and history to some of the tours as due to logistics or time on other activities (like lunch, shopping etc) sometimes it delayed us or a few parts were rushed. But again they really do try to fit in a lot in a short time so appreciate that we get the full experience.

Alhamdulillah cant wait to go back and also add other tours in future!
