Gives professionals a bad name.

Work done was fine. Requested 2 new gate posts and understood extra to be charged if electric gates didn't operate post rehanging which they didn't, so required new photocells and a return visit.

Owner very happy to chase new work and invoice immediately for immediate payment but having paid him in advance for investigative work on front gates which was paid on the proviso he would be returning after 2 months he still did not return despite chasing him several times. Eventually returned an hour's fee.

Quotes may be free but be warned he charges for his travel at £70 + VAT if there is additional work not in the original quote. Also not interested in the small jobs which won't pay as much. Gives professionals a bad name.
