Prompt service, genuine concern, rapid delivery
Everyone I dealt with at Sacby.com was familiar with its products, and the bag I ordered was delivered within three days. The website would not accept US (as opposed to French or perhaps European) credit cards, however, and it proved impossible to do anything about that. That was not the fault of the staff, however. If the policy could be changed, I would be more likely to purchase from Sacby.com in the future.
