Overall the experience was good. My wife is very happy with the product - which is the main thing. I was a little disappointed that the product turned up a week later than expected as it was for my wife’s birthday. I should add that I wasn’t aware of the lead time for the product until after I had ordered it. The expected delivery came through with the confirmation. Had I have known this prior to ordering I would have known it was going to be tight. I had also tried to expedite the order to get delivery in time, despite a positive email suggesting a course of action that might help, I was told someone would come back to me with an answer, they never did. Ultimately the experience was good but I would suggest you order in plenty of time!

Delivery date has been and gone, with no updated delivery date. Communication average. Would be hesitant to use Sacet again.

We booked an online appointment to visit the Birmingham store, we received prompt confirmation and really helpful information. On arrival we were welcomed by Madelene who instantly made us feel relaxed as it had been a bit of a stressful journey. We spent so much time going over styles, diamond types, lab grown diamond information and throughout Madelene was so helpful, kind and patient. I didn’t think I would be able to choose but with her help we found the perfect engagement ring. We ordered and once it was ready we were sent lovely photos and videos. On collection we saw another lady who was really helpful and the ring is everything I could have asked for! Thank you so much to everyone at the store with a special mention for Madelene! Will definitely be back for our wedding bands :)

Beautiful engagement ring and I am so pleased with the design and amazing look of it. I surprised my girlfriend with it to propose and she is so totally pleased. The ring is exactly as she would have chosen herself and she can’t stop looking at it and admiring it. It’s design and dazzling sparkle is so eye catching, it has drawn a lot of attention when we are out and so many wonderful comments about the ring and congratulations on our engagement.
