DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR BUSINESS!
This company will advertise that you are going to be paying monthly after the trial period. But then after the trial, you will be charged upwards of £200 for the whole year even though you did not consent to paying yearly.
They are very difficult to get in contact with and if you manage to get a hold of them on the phone, they will ask you to email them and that they will be in touch the next day. Even though you should expect to get support over the phone.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. The team are honest, open and want to help you and your business succeed. I've had a great experience with them and had no hiccups at all. If I need anything or have a problem, I would email them first and they sort it super fast. For anyone reading those bad reviews, it seems those are people who go straight to TrustPilot first before actually communicating with the team to resolve their problem. They respond promptly and are good people. All good on my side.

Joining Safebuy proved a great move for us as we spend a fair amount on SEO and having a verified profile url to showcase us on page1 of a google search was well worth signing up for as getting an extra link in page1 is hard

Contacted me out of the blue; I never gave them my details. So I unsubscribed and I then received another email asking me to claim my profile, again! (after I had unsubscribed), which if I remember correctly is in breach of GDPR!

Given their Trustpilot reviews I wouldn't give them any business, especially as all they seem to do is harvest and republish data from Google, Trustpilot, etc.

So it seems redundant and rather disingenuous!

Parasitic company who think they can charge you for doing the same as other sites, all they do is collect data already showing and reshow it. they want to charge you for showing trustpilot and google reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ASK them to remove your data!!

In reply to the reply, what a load of rubbish, you are just taking some info from several sources and trying to make money from displaying information we already have, sites like this are parasitic, if you email me I would be happy to educate you on reality - deep analysis, seriously flawed understanding of technology if you think what you do is deep analysis

Good customer services from these guys we added their trust seal to our site and it definitely looks good showing our 4 stars for safety, would recommended.

Our card was debited expressly against our wishes and with over a week to run before the end of the free trial. Contacting this Co. is a challenge in itself.

Who the hell is this company? They have our details without our permission - and they are wrong! I have given this website an ultimatum to remove our details after which time we will be taking legal action.

I don’t know who they are, they included my company details on they system. The information is incorrect I will be passing this matter to my legal department as I did not authorised for any services to be provided by this website.

We thought we would join Safebuy some years ago. We feel it does lead to an increase in sales although it is hard to quantify how much when sales were already growing rapidly. They have always been very quick with support requests. I find it strange they have some negative feedback from people one might suspect as never having been a customer of theirs.
Their review system works fine and gives people the opportunity to leave both positive and negative comments. You can reply to the feedback if you feel the need.

I am not sure what these people offer in return for payment. I can no longer sign into my account. Emails are ignored. I want to cancel my account but so far this has not been possible.

Eventually got a reply from them and they promptly did a refund. That was very welcome.

I came across this website displaying details about my company website.

Aside from the inaccuracies that you get from scraping data (which is also against our terms of service), they claim to be "in partnership" with the Office of Fair Trading and The Department of Trade & Industry - both of which no longer exist - and it's a lie anyway.

The bottom line is that they're a tinpot company, making ludicrous fake claims in order to coerse people into signing up for a paid plan.

I contacted Safebuy when a company I had purchased an item from failed to respond to my emails and request for a refund (of a faulty item).

As the seller was a part of the Safebuy scheme, I contacted Safebuy to assist me. I also asked them how I might leave a review of the seller on their website, which showed only positive reviews for their members.

I am grateful that Safebuy did assist in getting my money back, however, they failed to respond to my request to leave a review of the seller on their website.

Safebuy have just sent me a letter demanding I pay them £400 for when I unfortunately used their service 3 years ago. I am an ex-customer! I can ill afford to be hounded this way, and if this is how a company treats their ex customers, who have paid them funds in good faith then the world has gone mad.

SafeBuy is the only objective Quality of Service rating system on the web. The others are subjective and can be manipulated.
