I ordered my safercig over a week ago as I felt it may help me give up . Unfortunately it hasn't turned up and I have had no indication as to why not . Funnily enough I'm asked to review something I haven't even tried yet !!

Great customer service and a very speedy delivery, well worth using them and I will be using them for most of my e cig things

From browsing to purchasing, to tracking to delivery a top notch experience! I ordered the e-vic after months of deliberation, it arrived very quickly (ordered on Friday, received on Monday) and it was tracked to the minute.

I have had no need for after-sales but I am positive it will be as good and fulfilling experience as the initial order if I were in need!

Overall, job very well done!

Had a long long conversation with the owner of the store, about what I needed and he also gave me super advice about looking after my gear. Couldn't be happier. This is a fairly new sector, and it's good to know that there are resources like Safercigs that not only can be trusted to provide quality products, but can be relied on to help out for the newby vaper (like me!) or even the more adventurous and advanced.

Fast and efficient service.

I recently purchased a new glass for an AGA T2 about 2pm the next day it was with me. Sadly although it was well packed it had a crack in it, spoke to safercigs and it was replaced without any drama. Would I use safercigs again? Without hasatation.

My wife has been using e-cigs since giving up smoking 3 months ago, but they didn't last 5 minutes and cost almost as much as the fags. I was recommended this site by a friend who has been vaping for a little while, and he recommended a starter kit and juice. The website is quite informative and the videos are useful for newbies. The vapers are well built and look good. The choice of juices is quite extensive and there is plenty flavours and strengths to choose from. In the words of Arnie, "I'll be back!".

when it arrived a few days after ordering I was impressed with the quality and solidness of the unit the diameter is a bit larger than a standard ego type battery however it wasn't so big as to look like it wasn't intended to be used on this size of battery loads of vape and quite a large capacity ment I was the ideal tank for me however after a few day's it started to flood and then pour liquid from around the base but worst of all I was getting loads of juice in my mouth initial use warrented 5 stars but I have to give it 3 I,ll just add that I have been using ego types for a few years now and this atty has leaked the worst of all

If you want to "switch" to eCigs and still enjoy nicotine then this company is excellent, you can phone them up and they will advise you what to get. You get all the benefits from stop smoking but your vaping instead... for me the perfect answer. Order on the website and you get next day delivery, these guys are quick and efficient. Switch now!! Had seen their adverts before but decided to use them after watching VT TV and saw them advertising on there as I wanted to support VT TV. Very good fast service will use them constantly from now on.
