Unit unfit for storage, be careful of the misleading cancellation policy

Very disappointing experience after storing my belongings at Safestore Alexandra Palace for over a year. Most of my items were damaged due to humidity, with mold affecting luggage, clothes, electronics and furniture. The cancellation process was misleading (spoiler: it's a lot more than 14 days). I tried to cancel twice but ended up being still charged for another month without any commercial gesture on their end. Also be mindful of the limited opening hours (10am to 4pm on Sunday).
