Unfortunately 2 negitives:
1. I thought they were rather pricey.
2. The lift was very old and awkward.

Safestore Leeds York Road were really helpful arranging receipt of a sofa I had to store. I did t have to go in, they arranged the checks on line and were really helpful making sure the delivery guys would put the sofa in the storage facility and took a photo to send to me. Barbara and Junaid were great. Definitely recommend.

Excessive Charges
Due to personal reasons I fell behind with the payment.
After making a payment arrangement with the area manager they still added failed payment charges even though this was not agreed.
The wording on the invoice is incredibly confusing
