Safestore - North London - Bounds Green Reviews 

My recent experience at Bounds Green Safestore has been nothing short of disappointing. The staff particularly Liam are not helpful, staff are rude and not accommodating and certainly unprofessional. This true by the high staff turnover the store has. As for their sales consultant, I have nothing but disappointing things to say. They argue with you like as though your in kinder gardens school. The good staff have all left the store. Unprofessional and don’t offer a great service. People by from people, the person that sold me the unit is no longer with Safestore which explains all about why I am writing this negative review.

Don’t take my word for it, pop into store and see for yourself how unhelpful the staff are then you will see what I am mean.

I had a fantastic experience at Safestore Bounds Green. From the moment I walked in, the team especially Liam and Tamera were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional. They clearly explained all my storage options and took the time to show me different sized units so I could choose what suited me best. Their efficiency and approachable manner made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for secure and convenient storage. Thanks again to Liam and Tamara for the outstanding service!

I completed an online reservation form and was promptly contacted the next working day to ask follow up questions and help with my reservation. I spoke to Jason who answered all my questions and gave me some good advice on storage size so that I would be able to fit in all my belongings.

I have accessed the storage facility yet, but if the rest of my experience is the same as I have experienced so far, I wont be disappointed.

The prices seem very reasonable and I was able to get a very good introductory rate.

The first storage company in north London that I rang was Safestore. The manager, Mr Ulrich Pacquette, was professional, speedy in his response to my queries, and patient; I felt he was trustworthy by the polite and calm way he spoke to me, and checking the amazingly positive reviews on Trustpilot led me to immediately go with this company. All was done with ease, humour and calm. Ulrich is a great manager who really does care about customer service.
