Worst experience EVER!

I have had the worst experience with this storage provider. When I checked my things into the storage unit I told the man that I will only need it from date x to date y and nothing beyond that date. I asked multiple times if there is anything else I need to know other than checking in and out of the storage facility? He mentioned nothing it turns out WHEN YOU SIGN the contract it's not a contract that ends on the day you mention, its a ongoing contract. NO ONE TELLS YOU that!
