Very poor
Very poor. Ordered and paid for an in stock item only to be phoned the following day to be told the item is out of stock for at least 3 weeks.
Still waiting over a week later for a refund.

Excellent product and service
I was looking for a robust domestic tool shed that could deal with harsh weather and an exposed location, and the 6’ metal storage container proved ideal for my needs. Staff were quick to answer my initial queries, and provided excellent service throughout the purchase and delivery process. Assembly was quick and straight forward and I am very happy with the finished product.

We purchased a KDC Portable Store 2x3m…
We purchased a KDC Portable Store 2x3m as a site store for our nature reserve. Safetrade247 were excellent in answering queries and arranging the delivery. The delivery company informed us of progress and we arranged delivery at a local supermarket car park as the site is up a narrow lane. The store itself is just the job - sturdy, secure and complete with wood floor. It arrived flat packed, easy to unpack and transport on a trailer in sections and was easy to assemble (four people ideal). Very pleased with it!
