I have recently received rubber chippings, very happy with this product and I love the colour. There was a delivery delay however, I've been notified about it.

The product is fantastic albeit a few days later than expected. This is the second time I've bought from Safety Play and cannot fault the product.
I was informed they had a shredder breakdown hence the delay.
All in all the product is really good and I have a bunch of happy kids. Would definitely recommend, however just check the lead time if you need it in a hurry

Order placed on 20th June confirmation and order due delivered 7/10days payment taken from account no further correspondence and unable to contact have tried via WhatsApp email and phone no response went with this company due to reviews just want what I've payed for poor customer service

Complete waste of time!

Ordered, payment taken for stocked items. On day of delivery notified 2 week delay due to no stock.

2 Weeks later delivery company appeared to deliver (I wasn't home) so failed to deliver. Follow up delivery wasn't attempted due to gravel drive and no physical kerbside. Excuse was company only deliver to Kerbside. Safety Play ensured they would find another courier, another week later, notification of order cancellation. Spoke with them they only use they're local courier so favoured cancellation.

Don't waste your time. Multiple false promises!

I found Safety Play by chance whilst doing an internet search for our play area in the garden. After doing some research these guys seemed the best value for money. The communication was excellent and the delivery time too. I needed my order quickly and they got it to me in time. I would definitely use them again.

Great product. Easy ordering and delivery and just the ticket for our garden project. My little boy is very happy running around in the new 'blue sea' we installed around his pirate ship climbing frame. He's fallen off and onto it twice and bounced beautifully with no tears. I'd call that a success.

After doing a bit of research I found Safety Play. They are competitively priced and a good range of colours. Delivery time was quick, I wasn’t going to be in when it was delivered so I made a quick phone call and it was not a problem, I was given the choice of re arranging or having the shredded tyre left on my drive.

The service from Safetyplay was excellent, although took a little while for the delivery to be completed which was not their fault but the fault of the delivery driver who refused to offload the 500kg bulk bag on my driveway due to a ridiculous company rule on kerb delivery. He was going to drop it on the road side 50 yards away but I rejected the delivery. I think he took it too far in my opinion. I reached out to Safetyplay customer services who agreed with me and instructed the delivery company to deliver on my driveway and this was done immediately. The product was very much as described also. I will definitely use Safety play again.

We are very pleased with the rubber play mulch. We ordered the undyed black rubber (it's mostly black), 500 cubic metres for a 4 x 3 m patch of ground under a double swing frame and extended monkey bars (from Brave Toys). It has been easy to laydown and we have so far had little trouble with it moving outside of the patch despite a 5 yr birthday party and two further weeks of daily play. Our daughter has been happy playing on it. It is definately more insulating than the play bark we considered as an alternative. The only reason for 4 stars is we had little communication (ordered 31st Oct, dispatched 2nd Nov) when the actual delivery would happen. Palletways then sent a message on the 9th 06:20am that would be arriving that morning lucky one of us was in. The volume was not as hard to move as we feared. All in it is very functional and looks good close up and at a distance.

The blue rubber chippings are perfect. Really vibrant, the colour doesn’t come off so it really is zero mess and it’s lovely and bouncy and safe for the kids. It also looks great and really does stay put in the wind. Cannot fault the product, it does exactly what it says it will.

We had delivery and communication problems with safetyplay which is why I knocked two stars off. We called ahead of placing our order to check delivery times as we wanted it in time for our sons birthday and were told that would happen. It didn’t. I had to chase up with safety play when it didn’t arrive, they didn’t contact me. It was then due to arrive the next week. It didn’t. Again I had to contact them when it didn’t arrive. I appreciate that sometimes machines break and that with the best will in the world delivery times sometimes can’t be fulfilled but good customer service would see the company contact the customer and apologise ahead of time, not leave the customer waiting for a delivery that doesn’t arrive and then leave it for the customer to call/email to find out what is going on. All the while the website advertised next day delivery.

Ordered 10 bags of play bark. After 3 weeks of waiting I rang and asked where it was. I was told that the 'bagging' machine had broken down and orders were delayed. It actually took me to chase this up.
When the order arrived the bags received were around 20% filled with water/moisture...meaning I received about 20% less actual product than I paid for. I chased this up 5 times via email and 5 times via phone. None of my correspondence nor messages were returned. I can only presume the company is understaffed, unprofessional or simply fraudulent.

I would recommend avoiding doing any business with SafetyPlay based on my dealings with them

The quality and customer service of this company is excellent, their stock control is honest as is their delivery promise. Well done.
