Stand behind their work - they will get it right!
I called and explained i will send 1 belt to repair and 1 to use for parts. They told me to lable the belts, include the instructions eletronically and printed. I got 1 belt back not repaired but rewebbed. I called right away and Alex was able to track down the "parts" belt. I sent the rewebbed belt back and Alex was able to transfer 1 part from old belt to rewebbed belt - problem solved! Thanks Alex.

I sent in SRS mod and seatbelt for repair. Then they sent email saying it was on the way back. Never arrived. They dont know anything... My theory is they repaired my SRS mod and seatbelt sold it for 975$
They keep changing their name on ebay, all the same scammers

Run away!! These people are horrible!! They have had my order and all of a sudden they say they can't find it. UPS tracking shows delivered and they say they cant find it after I paid $750 for repair!!

STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY. Sent my airbag mod to get reprogrammed. They have had it for WEEKS...and said they were having problems with their DHL account, and could not send out any international shipments (I'm in Canada).
5 days of phone calls and broken promises and run arounds....and my item has yet to ship, although it is ready to.
I surmise either of 2 things; 1) they have lost my module; 2) they are in financial difficulty and haven't paid their DHL account.

Run away and save yourself some time and frustration because this people are probably the most unprofessional and dishonest sin the internet. I wonder how are they allowed to keep doing business while false advertising. I sent my car's seatbelt two weeks ago and they've been asking for more money but have failed to repair and return my seatbelt. I've called and chatted with the same person (Rita) tens of times and always gives me the same scripted answer "we have a lot of work" and "we will ship it today or tomorrow"..!!!
I paid $133 and tonight, after complaining to them on the phone, they sent me another email asking for $15 more. These people are not legit. They've lost my business
