The work done on my seat belt is perfect! Color-matched webbing is spot on. With the help of the instruction sheet that was sent back with it, install was a snap and as they said, once I cut the zip tie, my seat belt retracted just like it should and I'm back in business!

Customer Service improvement
I sent my belts to be re-webbed and they did them in the wrong color. Honest mistake and they have since rectified the mistake. The Red webbing looks great and done promptly. Besides the communication about the mistake, good transaction and quality work.
