Vince delivered a training session to my company today and throughout it was well paced with great resources and a good level of interaction.

Essential skills, delivered expertly in a brilliant course
Vince delivered the managing confrontational situations course to me and my Welsh Water colleagues this week.
Out of the dozens of courses I’ve done over my personal and professional life so far, this without doubt sits in the top bracket. A genuinely useful, insightful, poignant and interesting course - all brought to life by Vince’s excellent delivery and presentation skills. It was interesting how Vince shared his real life experiences throughout the course.
I really didn’t know what to expect and was not sure how it would be relevant to my role, but the skills and knowledge gained are directly transferable to my career and my personal life. I would even go as far as to say some of the digital security aspects of this course are essential, and it’s truly eye-opening just how much personal data we give away to the internet. I’ve grateful that I’ve learned some of these tips and shared them with my family after the course.
The course was a well balanced mix of theory, discussions, activities and group engagement. Perhaps one of the greatest compliments is the feedback from my colleagues who normally go in to courses uninspired, all fed back how useful they found the course.
I would absolutely recommend this course to anyone. Well done Vince.
