The intake of my claim was easy and prompt. She took all the information and told me the timeframe for the agent to contact me. The agent contacted me within her predicted timeframe. The agent, Mr. Anthony Hawkins, listened to my claim, explained the process, informed me what documentation he needed and together we decided how best to communicate. He told me the next step in the process would be the inspectors, followed by an acknowledgement letter from Sage Sure.

Courtney is the best. She walked us through the whole process and was always at the end of the phone for our questions. A rare service these days

It is the first time I've used home insurance in about 20 years. I was worried because Sagesure isn't a big name company that does a lot of advertising. I will tell you I loved Sagesure and will never go back to the big names.

Our representative was so helpful and there when we needed her.

Very responsive, although it is a bit difficult to get to the claims specialist in the beginning. Plus I didn’t like dealing with AI when initially filing the claim. Overall, the response was good.

They have only an answering machine. They don't send documents about insurance paid.it affects my mortgage

The claim process with SageSure was very user friendly and we were kept well informed throughout. They worked directly with the adjuster and our contractor which helped to ease the stress of having damage to our home. We have been very satisfied with SageSure!

Overall I had a good experience with the adjusters. Initially it started off a little rocky but once we got the ball rolling it was pretty good. My desk adjuster checked in on a frequent basis about the status and the progress. She was very detailed with the information provided and gave clarifications in a clear manner. The adjuster that came out was very professional as well and answered all my questions and directed me to who I show get in touch with for question that he was not able to answer. Most of my issue was with the mitigation team that was recommended.

My claim for damages from a broken exterior water line was handled easily with my Sagesure agent. I filed my description and photos of what happened, they followed up with the plumber that did the repair and I had a check in my mailbox within a week. I am very happy with Sagesure and feel as if they treated me with respect and as a valued customer.

Terrible, upon canceling with them, they not only requested payment but they never sent out letter in regards to cancellation. They have received a payment as of November 13th and still have not paid it back. I don’t trust people that can’t mail payment back right away knowing it’s going to clear cause it came out of escrow. If you can’t mail someone’s check back immediately then it shows how you operate and how you want to charge people an arm and a leg knowing there’s other companies that are far more better. Don’t trust them they definitely don’t care about you just the money they can squeeze out of you and then take for ever to give you back what’s owed.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. To start off, they lost my check that was sent from the title for escrow and never applied it to my account and I found out three days before they were going to cancel me. It was resent and overnighted and they still couldn’t find it and they canceled my insurance. Thankfully, it was found the next day and reinstated. Then the inspector shows up on unannounced on a Sunday does the inspection of the house and tells me everything looks fine. you should be good and I never get a response. I follow up multiple times trying to find out if the inspection is good if everything‘s good to go and I hear nothing and then I finally login and make a phone call and they tell me oh we’re gonna cancel your policy actually and then I speak to three different people and they tell me three different reasons I fix what I thought I had to fix and then they tell me there’s even more reasons and I could never get a straight answer on the reason for the cancellation. The insurance rep through which I bought the policy calls on my behalf and demands a full answer, gets a full answer in by that point the amount of unreasonable things that they wanted done was enough to just let the policy lapse and go with a different company. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and they want a 30+-year-old house to look like it was built two months ago. The best part of my experience was when the check came in the mail for the unused portion of my premium because it meant that I never had to speak with them again.
The claims adjuster went above and beyond to handle our claim for major tornado damage to our home making sure that our home was fully repaired, better and stronger than it was before the tornado. Not that I want to go thru that again but if so, I want the same adjuster.
