Found this policy easy to set up , gives you plenty of chances to go back and change something and gives a choice of good rewards. The price was cheaper than other quotes.

Since getting a quote 2 days ago I have been in undated with offer of 9000 nectars points or PICKHAMPER on my social media, how do know if I’ve been given them since purchasing the insurance?

We got good travel insurance cover at a good rate. Good company to deal with.

Absolutely useless, had a major leak in kitchen which flooded living room area.

The extent of the water has gone behind all white goods including cooker. The water had saturated into my furniture and the kitchen units making them swell.

Upon calling them they were immediately trying to find ways to get out of paying out, putting all responsibility on my landlord, they were all up in arms over a 3 metre carpet and a £60 ikea rug and not prepared to resolve a small kitchen of 4 units (two cupboards and one set of drawers)

They offered absolutely no solutions to dealing with the leak other than turning the radiator on and airing the place out.

I have a couple of different accounts with Sainsbury’s.
They are easy to use on the phone (helpful)
Although I have never needed to claim. The Portal however is a bit of a nightmare

I had insurance with sainsburys and I had my coins insurance with them I had been broken in too and told them that my coins have been stolen and give them all the information they needed for it but I have been told they will not pay out as the information the police give me is wrong and after that they says I needed new evaluations on them but the price changes evey 3 mins so the royalmint says that you will pay out more for the evaluation than the coins or worth and now they or asking me for 49 pounds to pay them off they even says as I had my window on vint they do not need to pay out there is more I can say but it will go on for too long but you can not trust tham if you need them
