Incompetence after incompetence after incompetence.
Ordered a rug on August 10th. Was supposed to arrive on august 21st. On August 21, the order tracking showed no updates. Called the store.
First Incompetence:
They said it arrived dirty so they had to seek legal action against the supplier (as if that's any of my business) and it would take 3 extra weeks to arrive. Asked them to cancel the order, which they requested I do on the website.
Second Incompetence:
Asked for my details and IBAN to process the refund (because they're stuck back in 2005 and have no possibility to revert the transaction. Provided the details they requested. They then requested a bank document which contains my details because the IBAN was not enough by itself. Why not request that in the first place?!
Third Incompetence:
The mailing system they use is also from 2005. They send you emails from a no-reply address, which means communication only happens one way. From them to you. Your only option is to go back to the contact form on the website.
Fourth incompetence:
PDF would not upload to the contact form on the website. Provided them a URL shared from google drive so they can download it and talked to them on WhatsApp so they can send it to the responsible person. Apparently the clerk on WhatsApp cannot download pdfs because it is a "messenger only". They could not even forward the link to the responsible person. They must think everyone is stupid or old to be be able to use excuses like that.
Fifth Incompetence:
When they finally somehow accept the bank document, I get an email telling me the case was closed and the refund will be processed - September 6.
On SEPTEMBER 17 I receive a refund only for the rug, not the entire order, basically missing 42EUR for an anti slip mat (which was not delivered/picked up anyway).
I have never dealt with a company as incompetent as this one. NEVER.
