Terrible service and selling items not in stock
Terrible service. Ordered a pair of cargos on 20th November for my daughter’s Christmas. They didn’t arrive so emailed them, got a snippy email stating a 1 to 2 week turnaround, which is in the little scroll bar at the top of site( not as they suggested in bold) 3 weeks had past and still not sent. Emailed again and was told they were awaiting stock, however was in stock when ordered. Shouldn’t take orders if no stock. Here we are Christmas Eve and no gift for my daughter. Very disappointed. They offered a discount on next order. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Terrible customer service. If there was an option for zero stars, I would give them that.
