Really embarrassed to have been sucked into the Neal Street shop to be parted with a lot of money that at my age and as a pensioner I would never have thought could happen. But my vanity obviously got the upper hand. Came away with bottles and jars worth a fraction of the money I parted with. Snake oil salesman and I fell for it!!! Cringe 😬

Fantastic customer service
Gavin was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with the products. I was amazed by the nail buffer and had a lovely hand scrub. All the store staff (Bond Street) were very friendly and helpful and thoroughly recommend visiting them. I will make sure I have more time to look at their products in my next visit.

Pushy scammers
They behave like scammers. They responded quickly to an email but sent me back to the store for a product they didn't have. The fact that they only have a UK number for stores in Paris says everything you need to know. Avoid like the plague.
