Joe was great helping me and my parents find the right home! We are first time home buyers and we spent weeks looking for the right place and he was always ready to show us a new place anytime we found one we liked. Joe really made the process very smooth and helped in all the steps from inspection to finding a lawyer and was really firm with his approach! Really recommend him to anyone looking for a new place! I do recommend this company to others joe was very professional, cooperating,flexible and present.
Although ,we came from Montreal and this made the mission harder but things went very smooth we choose a great house.
Regarding price negotiation, it was a bit tuff but because of the market when it comes to a hot and competitive market prices become non negotiable .
As for the legal part and inspection ,he advised us to great team and they covered all our misleads and weak expertise.

Joe is a very kind,patient real estate agent. We were from out of province and started working with us over two years back. He was helpful in driving us to show houses when we came both the times. He made sure we were comfortable with water etc too. Buying a house in a big city ..for first time..he gave us good recommendation on areas...was knowledgeable about the house..he showed ...also the weekly emails catered to out requests..he followed up..we must have been the longest in house hunting since our house in the other province was not sold. when it did he helped us with offer..good negotiation skills..went in detail on the process..helped to be present for inspection since we could not come..suggest and got many many many questions clarified.He even helped with recommendations on contractors. Joe is really an interesting I individual to work with. Once you understand him it is easy to work . His ex milatry discipline and work ethics is unique. He made sure emails or messages were followed with phone conversations as required. We found the house we want living outside the province and full credit to him . Joe is great and next time my family member wants a house we know who to call.
