Average product - Disappointing
Average product, which is unusual for Salcura. An awful lot of money, for very little quantity of product making it very very overpriced, and not particularly effective. Took an age to arrive too! Very disappointing.

So sorry to hear you feel disappointed in our product, we have so far only received positive feedback, but we will, of course, make sure to take all feedback on board. The cost of production for this product, as we were able to produce it within weeks, means that we really do not make any money on it. We just wanted to make sure that our Salcura fans had a high-quality product in this time of need. With all that is going on, we tried to process orders as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, our warehouse partners have also had to put people on furlough, which means they are doing double the work with half the team. Additionally, Royal Mail is taking longer to deliver parcels, for reasons I believe I do not need to clarify further. Hopefully, this explains some of the disappointments you may have experienced. And even more so, hopefully, soon everything will go back to normal and we will not need to provide any of the above reasons anymore :-)!
