When placing my first order I was told that delivery would be free although I was charged for this. Also was told I would be notified as to when delivery would be due but heard nothing more.
The product itself in my opinion is very good as I have suffered with acne all my life and this seems to be working for me.

Changed my life - for someone whose exhausted acne medications
Despite having been on multiple courses of the strongest medications for acne, my skin keeps reverting back. Using Antiac has changed my life - never written a review before but thought its worth sharing this with people who like me have exhausted the acne medications routes. Close friends commented on how my skins improved immediately when I started using it (literally within days) so I can’t recommend enough for those who are self-conscious about their skin like I am. Instant relief for sore hands
My hands were so sore, itching and cracking from all the necessary hand washing.
Since using the Bioskin cream they have completely cleared up.
I put it on quite thick at night.
I also bought the hand sanitiser spray for out and about which leaves my hands really soft rather than stingy and itching with normal sanitiser.

Excellent product for Child’s skin
Having tried multiple products to try and help my 4 year old sons skin problem, Is stumbled across Salcura’s childcare range. The products instantly made my sons skin problems more manageable and safe in the knowledge that they are made from all natural ingredients

Bioskin is a wonderful product
I’ve suffered from flare ups of eczema for years but this natural product soothes & calms it straight away & doesn’t dry the skin like hydrocortisone does, wouldn’t be without it!

Slow delivery but excellent quality
Waited a very long time for two very small and not full plastic hand sanitisers costing over £17. Website promised free cotton bag worth £10 with the order. No bag or delivery note in the eventual parcel. Could not reach staff to complain initially. I ordered for my oldest son who works with the homeless and autistic middle son who has asthma and a phobia about germs. Thankfully I have been able to get hand sanitiser elsewhere at more reasonable cost. I am very upset and annoyed with Salcura. Managed to get through to customer service, very polite and apologetic. Immediately offered to resend and amazingly everything arrived the next day including the cute little tote. Thank you for rectifying a bad situation. The hand sanitiser is excellent quality. Immediately gave my older son a bottle to use at work, very much appreciated as he works 12 hour shifts. Superb quality.

I have been trying to investigate what may have happened, but unfortunately cannot find any emails from yourself. Where would you have sent any emails to? Our little customer service team tries to keep up with all emails and calls and generally respond within 24 hours during work days, but again, I cannot find any trace of you contacting us so I am really sorry if we maybe missed your attempts? It would be great to understand which contact details you emailed or called us on so we can check what may have gone wrong.
I can see from the order system that you pre-ordered our hand sanitiser and it was shipped shortly after we received them. Delivery may have taken longer as our warehouse is operating at half capacity during this crisis and are desperately trying to keep up with demand. Additionally Royal Mail is taking longer to deliver, which I am sure you can understand given the circumstances.
I can see from our system that the free tote bag was also dispatched so I am not sure what may have gone wrong. The delivery note will have been attached on the outside of your parcel, with the address.
Lastly, I would like to respond to your suggestion that we would be profiteering as unfortunately I do take offence to that. We are doing quite the opposite. We produced the Hand Sanitiser on an extremely short notice, to ensure we could provide to our customers who were in such desperate need. We instantly put the product on offer, even though that meant we would make absolutely no money on it, despite of course having to ensure our small team would still have a job after this pandemic. Additionally, we are contributing to the welfare of the NHS by offering an unlimited supply of our Zeoderm to help with their extremely dry hands. As a small company, we always go above and beyond, and will continue to do so, as that is who we are. We like to help people, always.

Salcura Zeoderm
Salcura Zeoderm - I’ve used it for 6 + years, it cures my contact dermatitis. Also my son’s eczema. You have to use it semi regularly with a thin covering but it’s worth it. A thousand percent better than using cortisone and double base moisture cream from the doctor.

Love this product . I have had some weird thing going on around my nose area , where the skin was spotty then dry and flaky and red . So horrible ! I thought it was maybe hormone related and searched for answers but this product really really worked . I love it and highly recommend

Despatch was very quick - a bit surprised about the over-packaging of products but the product itself is great. I bought the antibac hand gel based on how well the moisturising spray and lotion had worked to heal contact dermatitis caused by frequent hand-washing. Love the product range.
