I have ordered a smartphone, but then I was suggested to get a next model for the same price and another surprise was a screen protector included in the package. I am very happy for the support service and product!

The owner called me and apologized because of the situation. They sent my money back to my bank account and said it was not necessary to send the fake product back. I still do not give them 5 stars because it is their responsibility to be sure about the quality of their suppliers.

The original review:
Initially, they sent me a fake Samsung Buds Live. The package, the charging cable the buds, everything was made of cheap materials and the details were obviously different from the images of an original product. Like I got a short black messy cable while the original box contains an original white Samsung cable. The buds were different from the original images and they arrived dirty (some sticky mess) as well.

Slow service and delivery. I'm quite disappointed with this company. If you're delivering from another country like me, try Proshop.dk or something else. I'm still waiting for my package to arrive. It has been over a week since my order.... The package I ordered hasn't yet left the bloody country (Brøndby Terminal, to be specific according to track and trace). Still have to wait another week or so to receive my purchase! I paid almost 500 kr for delivery due to the fact that I believed it would be worth it. How disappointing.

Accuracy and speed of the transaction was exactly as stated.
I will use again

Perfect communication, the phone I ordered was not available so they contacted me immediately. I received the agreed reference and they refunded the remaining value. I highly recommend them.

Awesome site. They sell reliable phones and other useful products. Unfortunately salgsbuttikken had to deal with a lot of scammers and therefor they have been delaying a lot of their shipments, but I definitely suggest buying here :) Also thanks for a free protection case, sadly I've already bought a mous one before getting another one haha

Do you really think is okay to send an 11.000DKK iPhone more than a month after I tried to purchase it from you, never received a word from you and not even waiting for me to confirm if I still need it?
I don't want it anymore!
I bought it here and you never sent anything to me! Not even an email saying it wasn't available anymore. And SURPRISE!! a month later I have a new iPhone I stopped needing a month ago!

What about if you wait for my confirmation? Is that too much to ask?

And just to reply in public to your questions since you have been writing me in private to delete this bad review.

IS NOT OKAY to post something on the website and mark it as "In stock" when you don't even know when your supplier will deliver it to you and make me wait for an unknown amount of time WITHOUT ANY confirmation of when I'm gonna get my phone and then send it 1 MONTH later without even asking, and making me pay for the return and delivery of something I stopped needing 1 MONTH ago.

That's why you getting a 1-star review, so please stop asking me to delete it, because I'm not gonna do it. What's the point of TrustPilot then?

It took a little longer than originally estimated, but that can be expected when considering high demand and Christmas time. Customer service was excellent and once it shipped it was very quick. Will purchase from them again.

The original item I ordered was unfortunately out of stock but I received this information quickly, together with suitable options for alternative products. The item was delivered very quickly and in perfect condition, well packaged. Fast, clear and good communication from the store.
