Two things perfectly describe this company's attitude:
- I had made a tillaeg contract with a housing company upon moving in. Later Taurus bought that company and evicted us based on the fact that they did not care about the previous tillaeg since "they handle things differently"...
- We paid 3 months rent in advance (32.236DKK), while upon moving out we could only stay 2.5 months and they charged 32.904 DKK for that last 2 months

Oh, and it took them 6 months to return 5000 out of our 35.000 DKK deposit

I lived in an apartment in Aarhus for a little less than a year, as I moved out of DK due to my job.
I canceled the lease on 16/6 with the wish to find a new tenant as soon as possible (which was 1.9) received the confirmation 18/6. As I did not receive any calls to show the apartment to someone, nor did I find it on boligportal (for me the obvious action to take to rent a flat in DK) I contact them on 17th July I asked if they had started the process.
On the 21st July I was asked where my flat was located. From 30th July it was possible to find the flat on boligportal. Long story short, after an extremely picky apartment handover (make picture of all crazy details you can think of when you move in) they failed to find a tenant for 1/9 and made me pay for an additional month, in which the flat was empty.

I cannot at any time recommend to use Salling, they are incapable of doing their business, poorly organized and arrogant. I of cause asked how this could happen, and was told some law that does not excist and further asking is just ignored. So I just asked the third time to get an answer, that is after over 1.5 month since the question was asked the first time.
