Dubble check your Olaplex package.... Wrong proportion of products

After you contacted us, we investigated the stock and confirmed the packaging was not as expected in our warehouse, but we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As you mentioned you had already started using the products, we weren’t able to arrange a return, but we offered a goodwill credit as a gesture of apology for the inconvenience.
