Fin mad, god service.

Hosting a Julefrokost for my company Christmas. Food arrived on time and when setting up all looked good. There was good variety.
When serving the flæstesteg, we noticed blood running from the middle, the pork was undercooked - so we had to spend time to cook this further.
The risalamande appeared as if it was too runny and they had tried to thicken it with flour, so it had a very grainy taste.
For the pick up of the boxes - Wow - Hassle!!!
On the invoice they said they would pick them up mon-wed 12-16.
on wed 14 I called (they had not yet picked them up or called to let me know a more specific time). As I could not be home at the time they then suggested, they said if I left the boxes at the door it would be my responibility.
So we arranged for them to be picked up at 0830, at 0850 I called and they said he would be there in 5 min. at 0910 he turned up with no appology and no offer to help carry the boxes from my apartment.

We had Luxus Buffet service. Delivery was perfect! However, some of the food items were not so good. For instance, tzatziki was extremely salty, people could not eat it. Also, stuffed duck was very salty. Salads were fresh and good! And veal meat was DELICIOUS! Strawberry tart was awesome as well! But chocolate mini-cakes were a bit to sweet.
Over all, it was a good deal for this price.
