Incorrect order dealt with promptly
Having ordered an item from Salts & Co previously, I ordered the same item again, but when the order arrived I received the wrong item. After contacting them, they said I could keep the wrong item received at no charge and would send out my correct order which I received promptly.

Lid very difficut to get off
Lid very difficut to get off. Tin is such thin metal it dents as you grip it to turn the lid. Oil is nice but can't be used as intended.
