The pricing wasn't that cheap for this company that one I must admit but the service is top notch. All data recovered!

I sent my hard drive to them for data recovery and it took longer than I thought but at least they recovered all my data. If they would hasten the process then the 5 star would be given but still thanks so much.

It's a toss-up. Don't believe their promise that you won't be charged if you don't approve their quote. I had a bad experience with them where they offered a "free assessment" - it isn't free. Ended up being forced to pay the full price after they did the "free" part of the assessment (they'll ask for your credit card for this process). Expect long wait times if you decide to gamble and use this company.

As other reviewers have said, ALWAYS ASK for a contract in writing and a copy of the FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS in case you ever have to make sure you get what you paid for & don't get charged extra, BEFORE you ever give your credit card number away.

I didn’t take a service of this company due to two reasons. 1-extremely expensive quote, 2-poor communication. Alex did not respond timely. It seems that good reviews are fake. They made me ship my SSD for a free estimate, then made me pay $40 to get it back with no service. Be ready to be charged for no service once you start to ask for ‘free’ quote.

Everything was recovered. It only took 24 hours and i got my data back. fast and reliable company. I will use them again if this ever happens again and highly recommend them,.

I really don't understand the positive reviews for this company. I knew it was a long-shot to recover my data from a 4GB SD card, but the gentleman on the phone when I called made it seem possible. Long story short, they were not able to recover my files, but the reason for the bad review is not the lack of success for data recovery, but their terrible customer service and communication skills. My case was very small and simple, and it was like pulling teeth just to get someone to talk to me. Would not respond to the texts, would not call when a call was scheduled, it goes on. If your representative ends up being Alex Didek, I would request someone else to be placed on your case. Perhaps you'll get someone with better (any) human interaction skills.

Absolute garbage. It's been over 2 months now, which was promised as a 4-5 week recovery. I have not heard from this company once. I have called them and left several voicemails, but no one responds. If you value your data, stay far far far away from this company.

George recovered an old external hard disk that failed. I sent the drive to them to have a look for free and give me an analysis of what they think happened. Thankfully, they fixed the drive and recovered the most of files. George was friendly and responsive at every turn. Great job!

They did a great job even though not all my data was recovered but still yet, good job all together.

They are the best! Super patient and very gentle with your computer/hard drives! My computer is like new and I'm so grateful to their help! This company did a wonderful job recovering several folders that I had erased from my thumb drive unknowingly! Lucky for me I had used them a year before and this time it wasn't really hard deciding whether to or not to use them. Thanks Salvage Data for always bringing a smile on my face.
