Good experience was looking to buy stihl on ebay was around 185 to 200. I bought 265 in four instalment.

My first order with the company. Ordered on a Thursday, received the goods on the following Monday.
Everything in the order was present and correct.
Very happy. Would certainly use again.

Ordered a Husqvarnia chain saw, paid 26-05-2023, many emails informing me of the delivery, just before a holiday weekend and it arrived when they said it would on the day, and even the time it would come. Very pleased thank you.

I have purchased a number of Stihl semi professional items from this company. All have turned up on time, perfect condition and also at a price that’s as good as I could find. I haven’t had any issues that needed further assistance so can’t comment there. I will however use for my next requirement

ORDERED A STIHL RMA 448VC LAWNMOWER AT £586 AND RECEIVED A DAMAGED EX DISPLAY ONE THROWN INTO A HONDA BOX. CUSTOMER SERVICES AGREED TO REPLACE AND THEN CANCELLED THE REPLACEMENT 3 MINUTES BEFORE COB!! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!

Selling stuff they haven’t got never again Sthil Resin Spray waste of time

Ordered a hose and fittings from Sam Turner. There was a problem with the fittings which was resolved quickly and with no fuss.

I’ve now used this company a number of times for Sthil products. They always deliver next day without fuss and unlike so many websites clearly accurately portray if they have stock or when it’s due to arrive.

Genuinely can't rate Sam Turner and Sons highly enough. My family purchased a couple of fairly expensive garden tools and experienced an issue with one of them, but the team at Sam Turner resolve things quickly and very fairly. Matthew deserves a personal mention as he was friendly and extremely helpful and arranged for the problematic product to be replaced the next day. Order fulfilment was speedy, prices competitive and the return process impressive and super smooth. We're very grateful to Sam Turner and will highly recommend them to friends and family. Truly excellent - Five by Five!

Great prices and very helpful staff. Business is not local to me so unfortunately can't visit the store but my online purchases always arrive quickly and any time I have phoned or emailed for advice staff super helpful.

We ordered two stagings for our greenhouse. We were told that the delivery would be Friday 28th. Then informed that it would be Monday 24th. They arrived today. We were informed of that this morning. No problem constructing them and they are very sturdy and well made.

I can strongly recommend this company. This is the first time I've shopped (on-line) with them. I was looking for new cushions for my steamer chairs. I searched on the manufacturer's label from the original cushions, and this company came up in the seach. The items were exactly what I was looking for, and the price was excellent compared to similar items online. I also qualified for free delivery. And - oh joy - no budget couriers. They used DPD! So my usual DPD driver delivered the items within a few days. Furthermore: they fit! My chairs are going to look very smart this summer. Thank you Sam Turner & Sons. Finally, I was pleased to receive a proper VAT invoice, although I won't be claiming VAT back in this instance. I am VAT registered though, so it's nice to have clear paperwork.

Ordered stihl strimmer after the 2pm deadline & still they managed to send next day delivery fantastic & faultless service from this firm & also from DPD who even managed thru storm Noa to keep to 1hr delivery slot can’t recommend highly enough thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered two Barbour fleeces. One was fine. I didn try the other one on for quite a while afterwards and it was still in its cover in a drawer. When I tried it on I discovered two holes in the front and rear. They have refused to replace it and have accused me of causing the damage. Simply not the case. Will not use this company again. Shame.

I ordered a Barbour wax jacket from Sam Turner on Saturday evening at 5.15. And received it on Monday morning. The jacket was in the sale with an excellent reduction.
