Ordered a Sack Barrow Monday. Didn’t arrive. Contacted Sam Turners and they said they were sending another out for a Saturday delivery. Never arrived.

Unfortunately, this business has become very hit and miss.

Can’t speak highly enough of the service I have recieved. Super quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Well stocked online shop. Next day postage was greatly appreciated. Will use these guys again.

Staff are well informed, pleasant and helpful.
Bought a garden leaf blower yesterday, had an issue within 2hrs, the brand inst important, could have been pilot error or just suspect quality materials, but they replaced it and would deal with the warranty return themselves. No Spanish inquisition or sucking through teeth just professionally handled.

Recently bought a pair of branded wellingtons (Muckmaster). Amazingly comfy, look good but leak and squelch every step.

After four emails, lots of pics and a video all demonstrating the manufacturing fault, they are insisting the boots be returned for inspection leaving me stuck without wellies in winter! Poor customer service from Sam Turner and poor practice from Muckmaster

Never used this company before, but after extensive searches looking for some cookware they came out on top.

Delivery was rapid (although DPD still continue to be one of the worst logistics company's) and the products were first class.

Will definitely recommend and will use them again.

Stilh arrived damaged. Requested advice and help from Sam Turner which was not received and in fact wrong advice given (that the product was fine and it was normal to have strong vibrations). Continued to use machine, which as a consequence was further damaged. Only by chance did a very serious accident not take place. Sam Turner blamed experienced gardener instead of following up properly. Once it was returned to Sam Turner they demanded payment to fix it. Beware.

I ordered a STIHL strimmer on line and paid Turner and Sons in advance in full, as usual. What turned up four days later was a second-hand used strimmer packaged in a generic cardboard box with grass stains, and the strimmer head fell off when i turned it on. Internet sales rely on peer to peer trust, this has left me feeling less than trusting of Turner and sons. I then had to re-package and return the item and my money was sent back to me when all I wanted was the original item that I ordered from them. An unfortunate waste of my trust, time, and energy. I cannot recommend this company.

I ordered some Chelsea boots last week and they were delivered two days later free of charge. Had been told 3-5 days. The Blundstone boots were a good reduced price but now they’re back to usual price, I think. Never had any issue with this company and always helpful if there’s a query. Well done, Mr Turner!

Placed an order and needed to amend the size, emailed in and I got a response almost immediately from Natalie and they were able to amend the size for me. Really appreciate the brilliant service given the busy time of year!

I ordered two Barbour jackets from Sam Turner, when other stock was missing. Great service, fast and punctual delivery, prompt refund for the unwanted jacket. I'd have no hesitation in purchasing from Sam Turner again (not that I hope to have to replace my jacket again!).

After trying to get a replacement oil filler cap for my chainsaw locally, i tried Sam Turner as i had bought from them previously. Despite being about 200 miles from me, it arrived this morning - 3 days sooner than any local supplier could manage.

Never heard of them before, ordered twice recently and I can’t believe how quick they are, not to mention reasonable price and great quality. Got me out of a bind for anniversary present needed at speed and then got ahead of the game for Christmas shortly after! Now a fan!

Great Service from Sam Turner & Sons, bought a jacket and it was promptly delivered, there was a slight issue with the jacket, but this was sorted out promptly to my satisfaction by Jemma in a very professional manner. To me, a sign of a great company is when something goes wrong it is sorted out with minimal fuss, as was in this case. So thanks very much, and will be recommending this company to all my friends.

Ordered some boots on a Sunday - delivered on the Tuesday. Fast and efficient with no hassle - and at a sale price.

Wrangler jeans ordered at a better price than anywhere else. Order placed late on a Saturday evening, and took delivery of the jeans in Scotland on Monday afternoon. Superb service - thanks very much!
