Booked and confirmed tickets to event cancelled on the day.
My sister booked two VIP tickets for me and my husband as a 41st birthday gift for Sajjad Ali in concert (including meeting him in person) - she booked and paid nearly £150 online in January 2017, and received confirmation with a PDF ticket to download. The actual event was scheduled for 22nd March 2017, when we tried to download our tickets the email link did not work and we were informed on the day of the event that our tickets had been cancelled via a vague email. I chased up this company through chilli tickets, someone called Ata Ul Haq apparently is responsible for this fake company based in Trident Business Centre. There was no answer on any of the phone numbers provided on the website, so when I called switchboard - a female eventually told me they had been instructed not to disclose the whereabouts of this man. Be warned, do not buy tickets from this events company. They are fraudsters and inconsiderate people.
